The best spot in Sorrento Valley for amazing sandwiches, acai bowls, smoothies, Mexican and (one of my favs) chicken salad. The Ironman sandwich is great as they advertise. The staff/ family that runs this is lovely. Not sure how they remember my name still after 7 years but it gives this place such a comfortable and inviting vibe because of that.

Bomb açaí bowls!! Love hiking Torrey pines and coming here after for a quick refreshing smoothie or bowl. They have a menu featuring many things like yummy bowls, sandwiches both hot and cold - if you're in the area would highly recommend swinging by! Food always hits the spot and they have nice outdoor seating

Cute little walk up window and friendly service. I had the summer breeze smoothing and it was delicious. Would for sure come back to try more.

Finally stopped by here for lunch on a Friday. I got the turkey croissant. It was delicious and it had bean sprouts. Staff is nice. Parking lot is small and tight so beware. Lots of outdoor seating to choose from. Can't wait to come back.

A hidden gem tucked away in Sorrento Valley that has a plethora of options on their menu. It's an outdoor cafe where you place your order and pick up through the windows. The service is always quick and has been a reliable lunch spot for years. I've tried most of the sandwiches, wraps, and açaí bowls and you can't go wrong with any of them. They have lots of healthy option too which I love. My favorite is the Ironman sandwich which has grilled chicken that's cooked great with a honey mustard that pairs so well with the rest of the sandwich. Their açaí bowls and smoothies are refreshing and delicious as well. You have to go around the corner to another window to order them. It gets busy here during lunch hours since there's a lot of corporate businesses surrounding the area. An amazing spot check it out.

This is an outdoor fast casual spot with plenty of seating and 2 ordering windows. One for smoothies & acai bowls and another for sandwiches. We split the acai peanut butter bowl with honey and a Chicken Club sandwich. The acai bowl easily rivals our favorite downtown San Diego spot. The chicken club comes on a warm, soft but also slightly crunchy sub roll with a thick piece of bacon, tomato, mayo and shredded lettuce. For such a simple sandwich concept it was KILLER. If you're a local or just visiting, highly suggest checking this place out!

Cute little spot! The sandwich was delicious! I try the pastrami sandwich and the Caesar salad and extremely enjoyed both. The portions are a great size I even had some to take home. I enjoy that the smoothie shop is right next-door so I was able to get some thing from both places and enjoy it and they're outside seating.

Not gourmet, but not fast-food, and not even business-casual... yet, in line you'll find as many suits for the board room as for the surf board. While this kind-of-a-deli has a varied menu, they don't sacrifice quality for quantity. From home-style sandwiches to wraps, salads, wrapped-salads, even pizza, chicken strips and seasoned fries -- there's something for everyone and every food-mood. Always comes out hot (or cold), fresh, and served with a smile. There's usually a line around lunch time, so prepare for a wait, but you could also order ahead and pickup. Prices are reasonable, and I'm always trying something different from the menu... never been disappointed, so I'll keep coming back.
